Description:
The single axis hydraulic joint brings a brand-new experience to users with its excellent performance. It performs outstandingly in terms of stability, convenience, adaptability, safety, and rehabilitation assistance. It imitates the movement function of a real knee joint, and the design of its hydraulic locking/control system is ingenious and precisely made.
It offers three operation modes, and one leg is equivalent to three legs.
1、Super stable lock, suitable for initial training in the early stage of assembly, the elderly and the physically weak, and those who stand for a long time.
2、Load-bearing self-locking, standard mode, suitable for normal use after initial assembly training.
3、Fully unlocked, becoming a sports prosthesis, suitable for patients who have good control ability over the prosthesis and good physical condition after using the prosthesis for 1 to 2 years.
★ It can self-lock at a flexion angle of 15 – 20 degrees during the support phase.
★ The support control/joint locking is completely provided by the hydraulic control system.
★ It is possible to alternate when going downstairs and it is easier to walk on slopes.
The unique hydraulic attenuation buffer device at the end of extension simulates the extension action of a real human leg and completely overcomes the "kicking" of the prosthesis.
Compared with the general single-axis load-bearing self-locking joint, this joint has no frictional resistance.
