Silicone mixing machine for prosthetics use

Equipment Overview:
This is silicone mixing machine which can be used for making silicone gloves, silicone fingers for disabilities . Its main working components are two hollow or drilled rollers that rotate inward in opposite directions. The roller on the operator's side is called the front roller, which can be moved horizontally forward and backward manually or electrically to adjust the roll gap according to operational requirements. The rear roller is fixed and cannot move back and forth. The two rollers are generally the same size and each rotates at a different speed in opposite directions. Raw rubber or compound is drawn into the gap between the rollers as they turn, undergoing intense shearing action to achieve plasticating or mixing. This open mill is also used in plastics processing and other sectors.

Structural Features:
(1) Electric heating with dual temperature control ensures uniform temperature;
(2) The rollers are made of chrome-plated alloy chilled cast iron with a hardness of HRC 50–60, providing a hard, wear-resistant surface for durability. The precision-machined inner cavities of the rollers ensure rapid and uniform cooling;
(3) The mill uses manual roll gap adjustment, which is intuitive and convenient, with precise thickness control from 0.1 to 6 mm. It is easy to operate and offers high safety;
(4) The entire machine is designed with high mechanical strength, a transmission system with low noise, and a long service life.
