Description:
The prosthetic sanding drum (or prosthetic Sanding drum) is an auxiliary tool used in the fabrication and adjustment of prosthetics. It is primarily used for grinding and shaping the prosthetic socket or other components. The prosthetic grinding rubber roll can be placed over the residual limb surface or inside the prosthetic socket, similar to the inner tube of a car tire. It effectively reduces the friction between the prosthetic and the residual limb and provides a cushioning effect. This helps protect the skin of the residual limb and prevents skin wear or infection caused by friction.
